4.7 Sharing your Service Account or password with others constitutes a breach of these Terms, and PremiereIslandJobs.com reserves the right to terminate your account under Clause 10.

Refund Policy
PremiereIslandJobs.com offers a full 31-day money-back guarantee. Only your most recent subscription payment is eligible for a refund—payments made more than 31 days ago are not refundable. Each customer is entitled to one refund only.
User License and Limitations
7.1 Upon confirmed payment as outlined in Section 5, PremiereIslandJobs.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms of Use. All other rights remain the sole property of PremiereIslandJobs.com.

7.6 PremiereIslandJobs.com prohibits individuals or companies involved in the adult industry. Job postings related to adult content (e.g., nude media, adult chat, etc.) are strictly not allowed.
7.7 Job listings requiring workers to purchase items, handle money transfers, or process cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin) on behalf of the employer are not permitted.
7.8 Any job promoting illegal activity, hate speech, drug use, violence, discrimination, defamation, or gambling is strictly prohibited.
7.9 Jobs must represent real employment opportunities. Posts that are purely promotional, related to multi-level marketing, recruiting for other services, or “be your own boss” schemes are not allowed.
7.10 All trial periods, interviews, or training phases must be paid. Unpaid trials or commission-only positions are not allowed. Base pay is required for all roles, though commission may be offered as an additional incentive.

All rights to the platform, technology, and services remain the property of Flowing Air Studios LLC. You do not gain ownership by using the service.
Any suggestions or feedback you share may be used by PremiereIslandJobs.com. The name, logo, and related branding are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Third-Party Property Rights
Products or services from third-parties may be promoted or accessible through this website. If you choose to interact with these third-parties—such as making purchases, joining promotions, or entering agreements—you do so entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
PremiereIslandJobs.com is not liable for any dealings, terms, or outcomes arising from your interactions with third-party providers. We do not endorse third-party websites linked through our platform and provide them solely for your convenience. We are not responsible for any content, products, or services offered on or through those sites.
Termination of Use
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your PayPal account and unsubscribing. It is your responsibility to cancel recurring payments. If you choose to cancel via email, ensure you receive a confirmation—otherwise, the cancellation is not valid.
After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your paid period.
We may terminate your account if you violate the Terms of Use or misuse the Service. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to breaches.
Upon termination, all rights will end, and you must delete any content generated from the Service. Sharing your account with others is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Affiliate
11.1 Payment
Affiliates earn 40% commission on new member subscriptions referred through their unique link. Commissions are paid via PayPal between the 1st and 5th of the month, 30 days after the month of the sale. A $50 minimum balance is required. Affiliates are responsible for all PayPal fees and ensuring they can receive payments.
11.2 Reversals
Commissions will be reversed for refunded sales, chargebacks, fraudulent signups, or if you refer yourself or a business partner.
11.3 Advertising Rules
Affiliates must follow strict advertising guidelines:
No PPC ads or cash incentives.
Use only approved banners and links.
No spam, misleading content, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized tracking methods.
No promotion on restricted or inappropriate content (e.g., adult, gambling, hate speech, illegal activity).
No promotion via third-party emails or messaging without written approval.
11.4 Deactivation
Accounts may be deactivated without notice for any violation of affiliate terms, false advertising, or fraud. Violations may result in forfeited commissions.
Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of the site, breach of terms, or violation of another party’s rights.
